The Kaleidoscope Story
We have chosen the symbol of the kaleidoscope to represent the work we do with people. The kaleidoscope contains mirrors, pieces of coloured glass, and other shapes, whose reflections produce changing patterns when the kaleidoscope is rotated by the viewer.

What to Expect
Therapy is a process of talking to someone confidentially about aspects of your life that may be creating difficulty for you or it can be because you would like support in creating positive changes in your life . The therapist is there to listen, reflect and to help you look for patterns, while making new meanings and creating new possibilities in responding to the difficulties faced.
